◆  Cooling  ◆

Summer Operation

  • Operation controlled according to cooling demand

  • Heat removed during cooling automatically recovered for hot water production

  • Excess heat released outdoors through the outdoor unit

  • Scalable from residential to large-capacity systems

  • Brine circuit designed to protect against winter freezing

  • Non-pressurized storage tanks

  • Mains water passes through a separate coil heat exchanger

◆  Heating  ◆

Winter Operation

  • Operation controlled according to hot water and space heating demand

  • Heat extracted from outdoor air

  • Priority control between domestic hot water and space heating

  • Hot water storage supports short periods of high demand

  • Space heating managed according to the building’s heating load

  • Fan coil units or underfloor heating selected to suit the application

  • Scalable from residential to large-capacity systems

Public Bath — Summer Cooling and Hot Water

  1. Tap water temperatures can reach 25°C or higher in summer.
  2. An air source heat pump provides cooling and hot water.
  3. Heat removed during cooling is recovered for hot water production.
  4. Excess heat is released outdoors when hot water demand is low.
  5. Outdoor air supplies additional heat when required.
  6. Chilled water can be supplied to FCUs for space cooling.

Public Bath — Winter Hot Water Production

  1. Tap water temperatures can fall to 5°C in winter.
  2. Bathwater is used at approximately 36°C.
  3. Wastewater is discharged at approximately 35°C.
  4. Wastewater heat recovery preheats the entire incoming water supply from 5°C to approximately 30°C.
  5. Preheated water is maintained at approximately 30°C.
  6. Excludes cold baths, washbasins and restaurant water use.
  7. A medium-temperature storage tank helps reduce peak heating loads.

Drying System with Heat Recovery

  1. Suitable for small to large drying facilities.
  2. Scalable to approximately 660–990 m².
  3. Suitable for drying large volumes of agricultural and seafood products.
  4. Enables drying at low temperatures.
  5. Heats on one side and cools on the other to condense and remove moisture.
  6. Automatically maintains the set humidity.

Drying System with Heat Recovery

  1. Absorbs heat from outdoor air to raise the drying temperature.
  2. Maintains precise temperature control.
  3. Enables drying at low temperatures.
  4. Provides heating on one side and moisture condensation on the other during drying operation.
  5. Supports programmed operation tailored to the product type.

Injection Mold Heat Recovery

  1. Recovers heat from mold cooling to produce hot water.
  2. Uses the hot water for FCU space heating.
  3. Absorbs additional heat from outdoor air when mold heat is insufficient.
  4. Releases excess heat outdoors during cooling operation.
