The distributor allocation of KRW 700,000 for direct sales includes KRW 500,000 allocated for sales activities. When a sale is made by an external sales partner, KRW 500,000 is allocated to the sales partner and KRW 200,000 to the distributor.
DISTRIBUTOR RESPONSIBILITIES Distributors are responsible for regional customer management, equipment supply coordination, installation scheduling, and receiving after-sales service requests. When distributors also perform installation work, the installation fee is allocated separately. Labor and replacement parts costs for warranty repairs will be determined under separate service and warranty standards.
