MANUFACTURING LICENSE AGREEMENT Manufacturing license agreements will specify the applicable ZB models, scope of technology transfer, manufacturing and supply rights, authorized business territories, and contract duration. The rights and support provided under general manufacturing licenses and residential manufacturing business licenses will be negotiated separately. MANUFACTURING AND BUSINESS COOPERATION Participation in domestic manufacturing may be arranged through various business models, including: Complete Product Manufacturing Local Assembly Using Imported Key Components Joint Development and Joint Manufacturing Production facilities, product certification and testing, components, and working capital requirements will be evaluated separately from the manufacturing license fee.
