BUSINESS PARTICIPATION AND OPERATIONS Sales Partners : Identify potential customers and facilitate contracts across all ZB application areas. Installation Partners : Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance services within their respective areas of expertise. Manufacturers : Conduct manufacturing, sales, marketing, installation, and distribution network operations within their authorized business areas. Distributors : Manage regional customers, sell products, coordinate installation services, and receive after-sales service requests. A single company may perform multiple roles. The rights, responsibilities, and scope of business activities for each role are determined by the applicable license agreements. SALES COMMISSIONS AND SETTLEMENT Standard Sales Commission : 10% of the Eligible Contract Amount Excluding VAT When registered sales partners or distributors participate in sales through the ZERO BOILER Energy Platform, the agreed sales commission rates and distributor allocation standards will apply. Manufacturers operating through their own sales networks may conduct their business independently. When manufacturers utilize the ZERO BOILER platform's sales network, separately agreed sales commissions will be paid according to the applicable agreements. Detailed settlement conditions, payment schedules, and payment eligibility requirements will be determined by contract. BUSINESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS Product prices, license fees, and commission rates displayed on this website are based on initial business proposals and may be adjusted depending on product configurations and business conditions. Final business terms and conditions shall be governed by the executed agreements.
