Industrial Waste Heat
주소복사

◆  Industrial Process Heat  ◆

Industrial processes require heat for washing, heating, curing, concentration, drying and preheating.

Many facilities use boilers or electric heaters to produce this heat directly.

ZERO BOILER uses heat pumps to recover heat from industrial processes or other available sources and deliver it at the temperature required by the application.

Thermal storage tanks can be integrated to help maintain a stable heat supply during periods of high demand.

Where cooling and heating are required at the same time, heat removed from one process can be recovered and supplied to another.

System design is matched to the required process temperature, available heat sources and operating schedule.

Connect process cooling and heating to reduce wasted energy.

Injection Mold Heat Recovery

● Recovers heat during mold cooling.

● Uses recovered heat for hot water and FCU space heating.

● Stores heating and cooling energy in separate tanks.

● Rejects excess heat through the outdoor unit.

Put the heat removed from your molds to work.

Conventional mold chillers release the heat removed during cooling into the surrounding air or outdoors. When hot water or space heating is needed, boilers or electric heaters consume additional energy to produce it.

Energy is used both to remove heat and to generate heat elsewhere.

The ZERO BOILER integrated system recovers heat from mold cooling and stores it for hot water supply and fan coil unit (FCU) heating. Connecting cooling and heat supply reduces wasted energy.

Mold cooling remains the priority. When recovered heat exceeds hot water and heating demand, the excess is released through the air-cooled condenser.

Actual energy savings depend on the cooling load, required water temperature, heating demand and operating hours.

Turn waste heat into a useful energy source for your factory.
