Precision Drying — Reuse the Heat, Remove the Moisture
Conventional exhaust-air dryers discharge warm, moisture-laden air and heat incoming replacement air. Heat is lost throughout the drying process.
ZERO BOILER recovers heat for reuse. Circulating air is cooled to condense and remove moisture, then reheated using recovered heat before returning to the drying room.
Reusing this heat reduces the energy required for additional heating.
Energy Savings, Effective Moisture Removal and Product-Specific Control
Reuse heat to reduce energy consumption
Heat recovered during moisture removal is used for reheating, reducing heat losses.
Support drying through heating and dehumidification
Continuously removing moisture from the circulating air helps maintain effective drying conditions.
Control temperature, humidity and time
Operating conditions are adjusted for each product and drying stage to help limit overheating and excessive drying while supporting consistent quality.
Scale from small units to large drying rooms
The system can be configured according to product characteristics, processing volume and required drying time.
Recover the drying heat you have been releasing—and put it to work again.
